Refund Policy

This policy covers the Penny Pro Bill Review, once available. Guides, the calculator, the bill decoder, the Utility Bill Tracker, accounts and the newsletter are free, so there is nothing to refund.

Before we start

If you change your mind before we begin your review, email hello@homepennypro.com and we'll refund you in full and delete anything you uploaded.

After delivery

If the review isn't useful, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it in full.

Billing mistakes and how refunds are paid

If you were charged incorrectly, we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
